最近、残念ながら予約後に連絡が取れなくなるケースや、

無断キャンセルが続いております。

そのため、今後の予約ルールを一部変更させていただきます。

【外国人のお客様へ】

今後、新規のお客様の事前予約は3日以内のご予約のみとさせていただきます。

ただし、リピーター様は

これまで通り、1〜2週間先のご予約も承ります。

これは一部のお客様による無断キャンセルや連絡不通が続いたための対応であり、普段からルールを守ってくださっている皆様には心より感謝しております。

ご理解・ご協力をお願いいたします。

Unfortunately, I have recently experienced several cases where guests became unreachable after making a reservation or simply did not show up.

Because of this, I need to make a small change to my reservation policy.

For new international guests:
Advance reservations are limited to within 3 days.

Returning guests are always welcome to book further in advance as usual.

This policy is only to help prevent no-shows and scheduling problems. I sincerely appreciate everyone who has respected my time and reservation rules.

⚠️トラブル防止のため、前日に必ず予約確認のご連絡をお願いいたします。

当日は予約時間の2時間前までに、FULLCOのチャットまたは予約用LINEよりご連絡ください。

確認が取れない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなります。

【キャンセル料金】

・当日（連絡なし）：100％
・当日（連絡あり）：100％
・前日0:00以降：50％

※無断キャンセルは、お店の利用をお断りし、

今後私のご予約も一切お受けできません。

【🇬🇧 Cancellation Policy】

⚠️ To avoid any misunderstandings, please send me a confirmation message the day before your reservation.

On the day of your appointment, please contact me via the FULLCO chat or my reservation LINE at least 2 hours before your reservation time.

If I cannot confirm your reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

• No contact on the day: 100%
• Cancellation on the day: 100%
• Cancellation from 00:00 the day before: 50%

No-shows without notice will result in being permanently refused future reservations with me and may also be refused service by the store.

【 衛生面についてのお願い / Health & Hygiene】

日本人・外国人を問わず、皆様へお願いがあります。

デリケートな部分に触れる前に、指に唾液を付けることは

絶対にお控えください。

唾液には細菌や酵母菌が含まれており、

細菌性膣炎やカンジダなどの感染症の原因になることがあります。

そのため、触れる際は

私が用意している専用の潤滑剤をご使用ください。

もし私が感染症になってしまうと、病院での検査・治療・薬代が必要になるだけでなく、回復するまで仕事を続けることもできません。

皆様の少しのご配慮が、私たち女の子の健康を守ることにつながります。

❤️ Health & Hygiene Request

This request applies to all guests, both Japanese and international.

Before touching a woman’s intimate area, please do not use saliva on your fingers.

Although it may seem harmless, saliva can introduce bacteria and yeast that may cause infections such as bacterial vaginosis or yeast infections.

I always prepare a proper lubricant for intimate contact, so please use that instead.

If I become ill, I need medical treatment, testing, medication, and I cannot work until I recover.

Your consideration helps protect the health of the women you spend time with.
